My dossier, finally completed is off the Assistant Stork. http://www.assistantstork.com/ Assistant Stork is a courier service in Virginia. They take the dossier to the various goverment offices that have to do their authentication, including the Ethiopian Embassy, and then send it over to Ethiopia. So that will be my next big step, my dossier arriving in Ethiopia.
Somewhere in this journey it gets translated into Amharic, I think. To be honest, I am not sure. :) But my paper scrambling is OVER!
